Welcome to Condoror Central’s tactical operations hub. These Terms and Conditions (“Operational Protocol”) govern your access and use of condororcentral.com (“Command Center”). By deploying (purchasing) our mission-ready gear, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

1. OPERATIVE PROFILE (TARGET USER)

Condoror Central equips tactical professionals and enthusiasts requiring mission-ready apparel including:

• Combat-ready personnel
• Law enforcement operators
• Outdoor survival specialists
• Tactical gear enthusiasts

Our gear is designed for durability, functionality, and tactical performance in demanding environments.

2. MISSION PARAMETERS (ORDER PROTOCOL)

2.1 Order Processing

All missions (orders) undergo tactical verification within 1-2 business days before deployment (shipping). Weekend/holiday operations have reduced personnel.

2.2 Deployment Zones

We deploy globally except to high-risk zones (Asia and select remote areas). Contact Logistics Command ([email protected]) for extraction alternatives in restricted regions.

2.3 Extraction Methods

• Standard Extraction: DHL/FedEx deployment ($12.95) – 10-15 day delivery window post-shipment
• Stealth Insertion: EMS deployment (Free for orders >$50) – 15-25 day delivery window post-shipment

2.4 Payment Vectors

We accept encrypted transactions via:

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All tactical designs, product names, and operational documentation remain property of Condoror Central. Unauthorized reproduction or deployment of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. OPERATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your operative credentials (account information).

4.2 Order Accuracy

Verify all mission parameters (order details) before submission. Condoror Central is not responsible for operator-input errors.

4.3 Legal Compliance

Operatives must comply with all local laws regarding tactical gear purchase and use.

5. RETROGRADE OPERATIONS (RETURNS)

5.1 Mission Window

All retrograde requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery confirmation.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened/used Combat Shirts (CS-series)
• Worn Tactical Polos (TP-series)
• Altered or customized tactical gear

5.3 Retrograde Procedure

1. Transmit encrypted request to Logistics Command ([email protected]) with subject: “RETROGRADE REQUEST – [Order #]”
2. Include operative identification, item details, reason, and requested resolution
3. Wait for Return Authorization Number (RAN) and coordinates
4. Package items in original condition with tags attached
5. Mark RAN clearly on package and use trackable shipping

6. FINANCIAL EXTRACTION (REFUNDS)

Upon successful gear recovery at HQ:

• 3-5 business days for tactical inspection
• 5-10 business days for funds to appear in original payment vector

7. GEAR REPLACEMENT (EXCHANGES)

For size exchanges or defective gear:

• Follow standard retrograde procedure
• Specify replacement requirements
• Replacement deployed immediately upon return receipt
• No additional shipping charges for command errors

8. INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

Operatives outside US territory:

• Responsible for return shipping costs
• Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs issues
• Original shipping costs non-refundable

9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Condoror Central’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the gear. We are not responsible for:

• Consequential damages from gear use
• Customs delays or import restrictions
• Force majeure events affecting delivery

10. PROTOCOL UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
