1. GEAR DEPLOYMENT (SHIPPING PROTOCOL)

Order Processing

All missions (orders) undergo tactical verification within 1-2 business days before deployment. Weekend and holiday operations are conducted by skeleton crew only.

Deployment Channels

We utilize elite logistics units for worldwide gear delivery:

  • Standard Extraction: DHL/FedEx deployment ($12.95) – 10-15 day delivery window post-shipment
  • Stealth Insertion: EMS deployment (Free for orders >$50) – 15-25 day delivery window post-shipment

OPERATIONAL NOTE: Certain high-risk zones (Asia and select remote areas) are excluded from our standard deployment grid. Contact Logistics Command for extraction alternatives.

Payment Vectors

We accept all major funding sources: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal encrypted transactions.

2. RETROGRADE OPERATIONS (RETURNS PROTOCOL)

Mission Parameters

All retrograde requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery confirmation. The following items are NON-RETURNABLE due to operational security protocols:

  • Opened/used Combat Shirts (CS-series)
  • Worn Tactical Polos (TP-series)
  • Altered or customized tactical gear

Phase 1: Request Initiation

Transmit encrypted request to Logistics Command ([email protected]) with subject: “RETROGRADE REQUEST – [Order #]”. Include:

  • Operative identification (name, order #)
  • Item(s) requiring extraction (product code/details)
  • Reason for retrograde
  • Requested resolution (refund/exchange)

Phase 2: Authorization

Expect response within 48 hours containing:

  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Designated return coordinates
  • Special handling instructions (if applicable)

Phase 3: Package & Ship

Prepare gear for extraction:

  • All items in original condition with tags attached
  • Include original packing documentation
  • Mark RAN clearly on package exterior
  • Use trackable shipping method

3. FINANCIAL EXTRACTION (REFUNDS)

Upon successful gear recovery at HQ:

  • 3-5 business days for tactical inspection
  • 5-10 business days for funds to appear in original payment vector

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the retrograde results from command error.

4. GEAR REPLACEMENT (EXCHANGES)

For size exchanges or defective gear:

  • Follow standard retrograde procedure
  • Specify replacement requirements
  • Replacement deployed immediately upon return receipt
  • No additional shipping charges for command errors

5. INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

Operatives outside US territory:

  • Responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs issues
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
